SUMMER 2025 EVENT SCHEDULE

Gathering area is behind Ellensburg Cottage.
PNWDS is not leading group rides or supplying route maps.
Propane fire pits available for rent for $75 at the lodge, includes full tank.
RV site 12 has water and power available to all guests.
EVENT RULES:
NO RIDING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY WITHOUT A HELMET. 5mph speed limit. No riding if you have consumed any amount of alcohol.
All dogs must be leashed at all times and waste picked up immediately.
Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am.
No fires, including barbecues. Propane pits are allowed.
THURSDAY JULY 24
3:00 PM: Early RV-ONLY ENTRY To try to reduce queue length from spilling onto the freeway, attendees with RVs can arrive earlier. This applies to trailers and RVs over 25ft in length. Do not park in the lodge parking lot to wait, pull into the property AFTER 3pm.
4:00 PM: GATE OPENS Do not park and wait in the lodge parking lot. Do not drive or ride onto the property until AFTER 4pm.
5:00 PM - 9:00 PM: DINNER Attendees can reserve a table by using the reservation form at the lodge front desk at anytime.
5:30 PM - 8:30PM: LIVE MUSIC Gin Mill Preacher in the Fireside Lounge.
FRIDAY JULY 25
8:00 AM: RIDER'S MEETING Join others in the gathering area to meet fellow riders, and create a plan with others for your day.
9:00 - 11:00 AM: BREAKFAST Attendees can reserve a table by using the reservation form at the lodge front desk at anytime.
RIDE ALL DAY!!!!
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: RIDE GAMES (Come to registration booth to sign up) Meet behind Ellensburg Cottage to sign up for the Slow Competition Bracket. All participants receive an extra raffle ticket, winner gets 30 bonus raffle tickets. Everyone gets 3 extra raffle tickets for every attempt.
5:00 PM - 9:00 PM: DINNER Attendees can reserve a table by using the reservation form at the lodge front desk at anytime.
6:30 PM - 7:45 PM CHAINSAW MAINTENANCE CLASS Sign up ahead of time by visiting with Vito at the morning rider's meetings. Takes place behind Naches Cottage.
7:00 PM - 10:00 PM: LIVE MUSIC Hiram B Freedom in the Fireside Lounge.
SATURDAY JULY 26
8:00 AM: RIDER'S MEETING Join others in the gathering area to meet fellow riders, and create a plan with others for your day.
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: BREAKFAST Attendees can reserve a table for breakfast by using the reservation form at the lodge front desk at anytime.

5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: RIDE GAMES

6:30 PM - 7:45 PM CHAINSAW MAINTENANCE CLASS Sign up ahead of time by visiting with Vito at the morning rider's meetings. Takes place behind Naches Cottage.
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM: LIVE MUSIC Snacks at Midnight on the River's Edge Patio.
8:30PM: SHIRT PICKUP Those who didn’t select a shirt size in time can come pick up a shirt, first come first serve. Gathering area.
9:00 PM: CLOSING CEREMONY Make sure your raffle ticket is in the box at the gathering area prior, and bring your KEEP THIS TICKET with you to see if you won a giveaway item.
SUNDAY JULY 27
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: BREAKFAST Attendees can reserve a table for breakfast by using the reservation form at the lodge front desk at anytime.
12:00 PM - 3:00 PM: LIVE MUSIC Borderline Band on the River's Edge Patio
5:00 PM: EVENT ENDS All attendees must be out of the venue prior to this time.
